Library Media

Each of our nine Hopkins schools has a welcoming, up-to-date, and well-equipped library media center that is staffed by a full-time licensed library media specialist and several support staff.

Our library media specialists are central to the teaching and learning process in their schools, helping students and staff become effective, efficient, and ethical users and communicators of ideas and information.

The Hopkins Library Media Specialists are committed to supporting all of our learners.

We teach students and staff how to find and use high-quality information in a purposeful and ethical way.

We promote a love of reading and appreciation for differing points of view.

We guide students and staff to be creative problem solvers in a technology-driven world.
